Location: Must be based in Auckland, New Zealand and able to work from the office at least three days per week.

What you will do
- Operate and monitor robots remotely to ensure safe and efficient task completion.
- Act as the operational voice in product and engineering discussions to validate new features.
- Coordinate a distributed remote operations team, including task assignment and issue resolution.
- Generate daily performance reports, metrics, and operational trend summaries.
- Maintain operational playbooks and knowledge bases for scalable processes.
- Collaborate with customers and site teams to resolve daily operational blockers.
Requirements
- Must be based in Auckland, New Zealand.
- Strong organizational skills for managing tasks and workflows across distributed teams.
- Experience producing operational performance reports and metrics for stakeholders.
- Ability to lift and position equipment up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and secure payloads.
- Basic knowledge of construction project phases and job site operations.
- Familiarity with basic scripting, dashboards, or workflow automation.
