TL;DR

Technical Project Manager (AdTech): Leading cross-functional projects across Product, R&D, and Operations to build large-scale content experiences with an accent on production flow configuration and A/B test optimization. Focus on removing execution blockers, managing release schedules, and ensuring visibility into project timelines.

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel. Relocation support and work visa/immigration sponsorship are not available for this position.

What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional projects across Product, R&D, BI, Monetization, and Operations teams.
  • Configure and manage production flows, including version rollouts and A/B tests setup.
  • Oversee A/B tests and optimization initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and result tracking.
  • Manage changing priorities and release schedules effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Create visibility into project status and timelines to support informed stakeholder decision-making.

Requirements

  • B.Sc in Industrial Engineering & Management or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in Project Management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English (C1) is required for professional communication with global partners.
  • Technical orientation, including familiarity with software development processes and AI-based tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Must be based in Israel (no relocation or sponsorship).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the AdTech industry.
  • Familiarity with the Android environment.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
