What you will do

• Support the conceptualization and design of programs using Program Document (PD) and Concept Note (CN) formats.
• Monitor program approvals to ensure compliance with current organizational workflows.
• Facilitate partnership formalization and the implementation of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
• Develop periodic narrative and quantitative programmatic reports.
• Lead status meetings with community teams and directly manage assigned projects and partnerships.
• Assist the mission team with legal activities, compliance, and the coordination of special events.

Requirements

• High proficiency in technical writing for narrative reports and organizational procedures.
• Strong understanding of the humanitarian sector and the geopolitical situation in the Middle East.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.

Nice to have

• Experience acting as a focal point for donor-facing external reporting requests.
• Prior experience with Program Document (PD) and Concept Note (CN) formats.
