Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record in ranking, recommendations, and personalization systems.
• Experience designing backend architectures, retrieval systems, and inference pipelines.
• Strong ability to distill complex technical trade-offs for diverse stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of experimentation, funnels, and retention metrics.
