Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Coach and provide guidance to Payroll Specialists to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Review payroll inputs and documentation for accuracy across all pay groups.
• Manage payroll integrations with systems like SuccessFactors, Sun Life, and Fidelity.
• Maintain and update payroll documentation, system configurations, and tax account management.
• Analyze payroll practices to suggest process improvements and implement AI-driven tools.
• Assist with payroll, benefit, and pension audits and future system implementations.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Payroll or Business
• Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) certification
• Minimum 7 years of experience in payroll processing
• Proven experience in US and Canadian payroll practices, including multi-state processing
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid model within commutable distance to Mississauga
