D365 F&O Support Analyst (ERP)

D365 F&O Support Analyst (ERP): Supporting users across the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment for a manufacturing business with an accent on system troubleshooting, user training, and ERP operations. Focus on resolving complex system issues, optimizing module performance, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams.

Location: On-site in Tinley Park, Illinois (5 days per week for the first 90 days, then 4 days per week). Candidates must be able to drive.

Salary: Up to $100,000 base + 10% annual bonus

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for D365 F&O users.
• Train end users and create comprehensive documentation and user guides.
• Monitor system performance and resolve ERP-related operational issues.
• Maintain accurate system data and assist with reporting requirements.
• Test D365 F&O updates, enhancements, and new functionality.
• Manage user access, security roles, and permissions across the platform.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or Sales modules.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience supporting and training end users.
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Power Apps.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Tinley Park, Illinois.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP implementation or upgrades.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, finance, or supply chain processes.
• Experience with VB, C#, ServiceNow, or Jira.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
