What you will do

• Develop creative strategies and product identities from the ground up for new launches.
• Lead the visual manifestation of concepts across packaging, Amazon, DTC, social, and retail channels.
• Art direct photo and video shoots while overseeing junior designers.
• Collaborate with product, insights, and engineering teams to align creative work with business goals.
• Present and sell creative concepts to executive leadership.
• Integrate AI tools into the creative process to accelerate concepting and iteration.

Requirements

• 8+ years of creative agency or in-house experience in product marketing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and visual excellence.
• Proven ability to execute across packaging, digital, and integrated campaigns.
• Experience bringing product identities from 0 to 1.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
