What you will do

• Design and develop SAP integrations across Helpdesk, CRM, and Content Management capabilities.
• Build APIs and connectors to extract and transform data from SAP Service Cloud, SAP CRM, and S/4HANA.
• Implement secure authentication mechanisms including OAuth 2.0 and SAML.
• Develop bidirectional integration patterns utilizing OData POST/PATCH requests to trigger SAP workflows.
• Optimize integration performance, handling rate limiting and error recovery.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and document API specifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP systems (Service Cloud/C4C or SAP CRM).
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Node.js and experience building RESTful APIs.
• Expertise in SAP integration technologies (Integration Suite, PI/PO, or Dell Boomi).
• Demonstrated ability to handle both inbound and outbound SAP API calls (OData, REST, SOAP).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Palo Alto, California, USA.

Nice to have

• SAP certification in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Integration Suite.
• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) or SAP Fiori.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and monitoring tools like Datadog or New Relic.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy requirements for enterprise integrations.
