What you will do
- Manage the integration partner program, sourcing new partners and fostering technical relationships to unlock new opportunities.
- Collaborate with product teams to facilitate access, environments, and technical support needed for integration use cases.
- Evangelize 's integration APIs to encourage technical partners to build high-quality experiences on the platform.
- Define and measure success metrics regarding partner tiering, relationship development, and ROI.
- Oversee contracting, access agreements, and procurement to create a predictable partner engagement model.
- Contribute to marketing and enablement motions to articulate the value created through vendor collaborations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience managing strategic technical partner portfolios within a fast-growing SaaS or platform ecosystem.
- Proven record of success in building integration partnerships with measurable ROI and defined partner tiers.
- Experience operating across internal and external teams, specifically with Product, Field, and Legal/Procurement.
- Outcome-focused and organized approach to partner management and blocker resolution.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Established network within the SaaS/integrations ecosystem.
- General technical skills in the integrations domain, specifically comfort with APIs and schemas.
