What you will do

• Draft promotional content for hirify.global Extra social accounts and blog to amplify key moments.
• Monitor brand mentions daily and flag breaking issues for stakeholders.
• Produce comprehensive coverage reports using MuckRack analytics and other tools.
• Prepare executive briefing documents and talking points for media interviews.
• Research incoming event and media opportunities to assess relevance.
• Design and deploy new AI-driven workflows to improve team operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be a current student in an accredited degree program or a recent graduate (within 12 months).
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Washington D.C. or New York, NY.
• Strong writing skills capable of shifting between social captions and polished briefings.
• Ability to use analytics or media monitoring tools to track brand mentions.
• Experience applying AI tools to real-world tasks.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and flag potential issues early.
