What you will do

• Design, standardize, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines for application and platform workloads in Azure.
• Define source control, branching, release, and environment management strategies across teams.
• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code and automation patterns for Azure environments and shared services.
• Embed security, compliance, quality gates, and automated testing into delivery pipelines.
• Establish monitoring, deployment telemetry, and feedback loops to improve platform reliability.
• Mentor engineers and act as a senior technical authority for DevOps practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in Slovakia (due to European taxation regulations).
• Master's degree in Information Technologies.
• English proficiency: C1 (Upper-intermediate).
• 5+ years of experience designing multi-layered Cloud/Hybrid networks for Microsoft Azure.
• 5+ years of experience delivering systems based on IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Expert-level skills in DevSecOps, Linux, Azure, and IaC tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure Identity Management, and Azure AD Premium.
