What you will do

• Support 10+ sales calls per week as the fraud credibility partner alongside AEs and SEs.
• Advise existing customers in implementation calls, QBRs, technical deep dives, and escalations as the trusted SME.
• Provide product advisory by orchestrating what product/engineering builds for fraud rules, models, and AI agents across multiple payment rails.
• Deliver external thought leadership through conferences, podcasts, LinkedIn, white papers, and press conversations.
• Brief executives monthly on field insights: customer needs, market hype, and product gaps.
• Publish and present 10+ external content pieces to build and maintain fraud community credibility.

Requirements

• Most of your career in fraud analytics and fraud strategy, including running analytics, defining strategy, and briefing executives.
• Deep credibility across fraud analyst, fraud strategy leadership, and executive/compliance stakeholders.
• Experience across more than one institution and more than one rail (e.g., ACH, wire, card, real-time payments, ATO, synthetic ID, APP scams).
• Strong external credibility: published/presented in the fraud community or readiness to build that voice.
• Evidence of field impact: 50+ customer and sales calls, including being specifically requested for follow-ups.
• Comfort with AI/ML concepts at an informed level (not required to tune models) and with rule strategy (not required to write production logic).
