Location: Hybrid in London, UK. Must work from the office two to three days a week, with Tuesday and Thursday as mandatory anchor days.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle content productions from pre-production through to final delivery.
• Direct creators and talent on set to capture authentic and engaging performances.
• Self-shoot content ranging from creator-led social videos to premium branded productions using professional camera systems.
• Edit platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, owning pacing, narrative, and sound design.
• Stay at the forefront of creator culture and platform trends to bring fresh storytelling approaches to every project.
• Collaborate with producers to scope budgets, schedules, and manage freelance production specialists.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience within an agency, production company, or creative studio.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
• Experience shooting and directing with professional systems such as Sony FX3/FX6 or similar.
• Deep understanding of social-first storytelling, creator culture, and platform best practices.
• Ability to travel for shoots, including occasional evening or weekend productions.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve creative workflows and production efficiency.
