Salary: $90,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Provide overnight support for exchange platforms, including on-call rotations and incident triaging.
• Isolate and resolve unplanned system outages to ensure maximum platform availability.
• Collaborate with market operations, systems, networking, and development teams to support the exchange.
• Identify and improve operational processes for deployments and upgrades.
• Document findings to create repeatable actions that can be transitioned to automation.
• Enhance monitoring and alerting systems based on observed symptoms.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an operation support role with a focus on incident response.
• Advanced Linux administration skills and proficiency in Linux Shell.
• Proficiency in Bash scripting.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident tracking/ticketing systems.
• Ability to work the overnight shift (10 PM - 8 AM ET).
