What you will do

• Develop creative concepts, visual designs, and layouts for advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with the creative team and Art Directors to provide strategically sound solutions for clients and new business.
• Create and modify design elements, graphics, and illustrations using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Present design rationales and incorporate feedback to refine final deliverables.
• Maintain brand consistency and organize design assets to ensure they are presentation-ready.
• Stay current with pop culture and social media trends to infuse cultural relevance into campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of industry experience in a creative role with a proven track record.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Cincinnati.
• Strong creative portfolio highlighting relevant category experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
• Experience with AI tools.
• Excellent grasp of design and layout fundamentals.
