What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards, KPI reports, and analytical data products using BI platforms.
• Collect, clean, and transform supply chain data from multiple sources, including TMS, ERP, carrier feeds, and supplier portals.
• Deliver QBR, MBR, and program performance reporting packages for client stakeholders.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support Control Tower exception management and carrier performance reviews.
• Develop and document data definitions, calculation methodologies, and reporting standards.
• Identify data quality issues and collaborate with technology teams to implement corrections and automate manual processes.

Requirements

• Experience in data preparation, dashboard development, and KPI tracking.
• Proficiency in cleaning and transforming data from supply chain systems (TMS, ERP).
• Ability to translate raw supply chain data into meaningful, actionable business insights.
• Strong attention to detail for identifying and resolving data quality issues.
