What you will do

• Manage end-to-end RMA requests, coordinating between clients, vendors, and manufacturers to ensure smooth processing.
• Review and validate return cases for completeness, verifying order numbers, serial numbers, and supporting documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating return instructions clearly via phone, email, and chat.
• Track returns and maintain accurate records within NetSuite or related ERP systems.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control and operations teams to complete returns within vendor-approved timelines.
• Maintain and update process documentation and training materials on SharePoint as workflows evolve.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in returns processing, logistics, supply chain, or related operational roles.
• Experience using ticketing systems and ERP platforms, preferably NetSuite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional stakeholder coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple simultaneous cases.
• High attention to detail when validating return information and documentation.

Nice to have

• Direct experience handling RMA processes and vendor/manufacturer coordination.
• Familiarity with reverse logistics or reverse supply chain workflows.
• Experience creating and maintaining process documentation and training materials.
