Location: Hybrid (Grand Prairie/Dallas, Texas). Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.

What you will do

• Provide reference and research services using online databases, corporate materials, and government documents.
• Analyze, organize, and present research results in clear, actionable formats for internal stakeholders.
• Promote library services through presentations, training sessions, and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Manage circulation, collection development, and the ongoing maintenance of library resources.
• Support a transition from an interim onsite schedule to a part-time telecommute arrangement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Library Science or Information Science.
• Proven experience working in a library environment.
• Expertise in customer interaction, reference assistance, resource selection, and cataloging.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for access to the facility and security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience conducting in-depth research using technical, scientific, or business literature.
• Knowledge of government agencies and industry standards.
• Experience using AI tools for research and information retrieval.
