What you will do

• Analyze threats, intelligence reporting, and biometric data using qualitative and quantitative techniques.
• Synthesize data from multiple complex sources to support threat screening and client operations.
• Train and mentor junior personnel in analytical best practices and SOPs.
• Produce fact-based recommendations and conclusions for national security missions.
• Manage administrative processes, including record keeping and organizational communication.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required to start
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph
• 4+ years of professional experience in intelligence analysis
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal law enforcement or the Intelligence Community
• Experience working in multi-agency or shift-based mission environments
• Familiarity with specialized analytical databases and intelligence research tools
