What you will do

• Conduct high-level studies and develop recommendations using deep knowledge of threats, screening operations, and IC databases.
• Lead unit teams, organize analytical efforts, and ensure the quality and accuracy of work.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to improve threat screening effectiveness and complex management systems.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify system gaps and support enterprise-level planning.
• Present findings and expert-level guidance to executive management through reports and briefings.
• Mentor and train junior staff, documenting best practices and providing quality assurance.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain/maintain a CI Polygraph (Must have clearance to start).
• Master's Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Background in intelligence analysis, national security, law enforcement, or related mission environments.
• Experience conducting research and analysis using multiple information systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Vienna, VA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal law enforcement or the intelligence community.
• Experience working in multi-agency environments.
• Familiarity with analytical databases and intelligence research tools.
• Experience in operational or shift-based mission environments.
