What you will do

• Design hirify.global’s programming vision for the Netherlands and other European territories in alignment with growth objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, filmmakers, and producers to secure library deals and licensing opportunities.
• Source, negotiate, and draft license deals for platform exclusives and library titles.
• Assess and scout films for suitability in France and Benelux territories.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to make data-informed decisions about curation and investment.
• Compose editorial content to introduce and contextualize programming for subscribers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the film industry and digital acquisition or sales.
• Deep knowledge of domestic and international cinema, specifically arthouse and independent films.
• Solid understanding of the digital distribution landscape in the Netherlands and other European territories.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and managing external partner relationships.
