Role Description We’re hiring a Motion Designer (Full-time / Remote) to create high-quality motion graphics, animated social media content, kinetic typography, brand visuals, explainer-style videos, and motion-led assets for client campaigns. This is not a standard video editing role. We are specifically looking for someone who can design and animate from scratch, not just cut footage together.

This role is best suited for a motion designer who understands animation, typography, layout, pacing, visual hierarchy, and modern social media design. You should be able to turn scripts, captions, brand guidelines, static designs, service breakdowns, or rough ideas into polished animated content for brands and businesses.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Strong understanding of motion design principles, including timing, easing, transitions, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Proven experience creating motion graphics, animated social media content, kinetic typography, logo animations, icon animations, and branded visual assets
• Ability to create motion-led content without always relying on filmed footage
• Strong design sense with clean layouts, spacing, colour use, typography, and brand consistency
• Ability to animate static graphics, carousel posts, screenshots, service breakdowns, offers, testimonials, and promotional content into engaging short-form assets Interested in remote work opportunities in Graphic Design & Art? • Experience creating content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, stories, ads, and website sections
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and reference styles accurately
• Comfort creating reusable motion templates and visual systems for recurring client content
• Organized, independent workflow with strong time management and consistent deadline delivery
• Strong written communication, comfort working asynchronously, and the ability to take feedback and revise efficiently
• Reliable internet connection and a workstation capable of handling motion design projects smoothly
• Portfolio required with relevant motion design examples
• Assets: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva, 2D animation, basic 3D motion, ad creative experience, experience working with international clients.
