What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve tooling and frameworks supporting mobile, desktop, and web product development.
• Work with CI pipelines, code-signing infrastructure, release and deployment systems, and automation frameworks.
• Investigate and resolve pain points in development processes and systems.
• Lead and participate in design, planning, and architecture discussions.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Champion best practices in security, compliance, and artifact governance within the software delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years of software development or DevOps/platform engineering experience.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, C#, Swift, Ruby, TypeScript, or Go.
• Experience managing CI/CD and SCM solutions like Jenkins, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions.
• Practical experience with virtualization and containerization tools including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with mobile build tooling such as Fastlane, Gradle, and Xcode command-line tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in small, high-velocity agile teams and strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with web build tooling and deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with mobile code signing and app store deployment processes.
• Experience with cloud hosting environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of mobile device farms and cloud testing platforms.
• Experience with React Native build pipelines and browser/mobile UI automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with observability and crash/performance monitoring tools.
• Experience with Node.js.
