What you will do

• Manage and refine the technical delivery backlog to align with business goals, engineering capacity, and delivery risks.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready tasks.
• Phase deliverables into POCs and MVPs based on business value and technical complexity.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and Architects to manage technical debt and system integrations.
• Coordinate between Product, Engineering, and QA to ensure predictable delivery and minimize rework.
• Provide status visibility and trade-off analysis to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Delivery Manager.
• Proven experience working on technically complex products or platforms.
• Strong skills in backlog management and story decomposition.
• Technical literacy sufficient to communicate effectively with developers and Architects.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher spoken and written

Nice to have

• Familiarity with databases, APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud services.
• Background in ad-tech, mar-tech, data platforms, or partner integrations.
• Data-driven mindset comfortable using metrics to support decisions.
