What you will do
- Respond to incoming customer questions via chat, email, and tickets.
- Investigate and resolve basic product issues with guidance from the team.
- Support onboarding sessions and help customers adopt new features.
- Assist with basic data analysis and reporting to track customer trends and feedback.
- Update help articles and internal knowledge base documentation.
- Collaborate across product, engineering, and sales teams to solve user problems.
Requirements
- Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.
- Interest in technology, SaaS products, or business operations.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of how web applications work.
- Interest in data, reporting, or process improvement.
- Exposure to tools like Excel or Google Workspace.
