What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and design functional solutions for Salesforce Commercial Order Management.
• Write detailed user stories and maintain comprehensive functional documentation.
• Conduct impact, risk, and dependency analysis for project deliverables.
• Collaborate directly with clients to discuss requirements and design specifications.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Portugal (Lisbon, Coimbra, or Braga) and able to work hybrid (2 days/week in office).
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience on Salesforce projects.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Commercial Order Management or Omnistudio.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
