TL;DR

SAP HANA Cloud Developer (SAP HANA): Design and develop efficient and scalable data models in SAP HANA Cloud using Calculation Views and SQLScript with an accent on performance optimization and business alignment. Focus on building technical solutions for finance and supply chain stakeholders and integrating them into SAP ERP structures.

Location: Remote in Portugal. Travel to the ASML site in Eindhoven (Netherlands) is required every 3 months for 3 days for PI planning.

Salary: €50,000 – €52,912 gross per year

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable data models in SAP HANA Cloud using Calculation Views and SQLScript.
• Collaborate with finance and supply chain stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize data models for maximum performance, security, and reuse.
• Ensure models are well-documented and version-controlled following industry best practices.
• Work with functional consultants to validate data accuracy and ensure business alignment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in native SAP HANA or SAP HANA Cloud development.
• Proficiency in SQLScript, calculation views, table functions, stored procedures, and programmer jobs.
• Strong understanding of SAP ERP data structures (PP, MM, SD, PM, or FP).
• Experience with SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) and SAP HANA Database Explorer.
• Familiarity with Git-based version control (Bitbucket) and automated deployment pipelines (Jenkins).
• Must be based in Portugal.

Nice to have

• Experience with CDS views, Cloud Application Programming (CAP), and oData services.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 application development.
• Experience creating reports and information links in Tibco Spotfire.
• Exposure to SDI/SDA for data replication or virtualization.
• Experience with migration to S/4HANA ERP systems.
