Onboarding Assistant (SaaS): Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for Platform Services clients from lead qualification to activation with an accent on lead screening and client guidance. Focus on optimizing the activation pipeline, managing Salesforce workflows, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure rapid client go-live.

What you will do

• Screen initial leads to ensure they meet company standards and manage application activities in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Sales and CRM teams to ensure seamless lead handovers and prompt resolution of pending items.
• Guide new clients through the onboarding journey, providing support and guidance via the Salesforce Console.
• Monitor technically signed-off clients and ensure all profile requirements are met for immediate activation.
• Proactively escalate issues or delays to the Team Leader to avoid service disruptions.
• Support the management of program upsells, including consultancy add-ons and launch packages.

Requirements

• Experience in customer support, account management, or onboarding, preferably within SaaS or affiliate marketing.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• High level of organization and attention to detail when managing multiple simultaneous tasks.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a collaborative team-player approach.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is considered a plus.
