What you will do

• Drive delivery of critical cross-team technical initiatives from planning to execution.
• Identify and resolve technical dependencies, risks, and blockers proactively.
• Connect engineering output with company priorities to ensure goal alignment.
• Facilitate technical discussions and maintain key documentation like RFCs and ADRs.
• Build lightweight processes to reduce friction and coordination overhead for engineers.
• Step in as needed to maintain momentum across complex technical projects.

Requirements

• English: C1 proficiency required as it is the company language.
• Proven experience driving complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong technical fluency to understand architecture, dependencies, and engineering tradeoffs.
• Exceptional execution skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and align stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on removing blockers and ensuring predictable progress.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, tech leads, and leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Senior TPM, Staff Engineer, or Engineering Manager in high-performing organizations.
• Founder mindset with experience in fast-moving startup environments.
