What you will do

• Support contract and program management activities throughout the program lifecycle.

• Assist in contract planning, execution, delivery, and evaluation.
• Prepare meeting materials and track action items across the organization.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Experience in administration, project support, or contract coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships across cultures.
• Must pass a security vetting process, which may include citizenship requirements.
