What you will do
- Translate IT strategy into actionable roadmaps, OKRs, and execution plans.
- Design and facilitate governance forums, including IT Board meetings and portfolio reviews.
- Establish outcome-based performance reporting to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Manage the IT & Data Playbook to standardize ways of working and improve delivery predictability.
- Oversee IT portfolio transparency, including TCO, investment discipline, and risk management.
- Partner with Security and Compliance teams to embed controls and ensure audit readiness.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, strategy execution, or portfolio management.
- Strong expertise in IT governance, performance management, and operating models.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to operate at an executive level while maintaining focus on operational execution.
- Experience translating complex requirements into practical controls for compliance and data privacy.
Nice to have
- Experience in a global product company or regulated environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, Lean/Agile governance, or OKR frameworks.
- Experience implementing standardized reporting or portfolio tools at scale.
- Swedish language proficiency.
