Program Manager

Program Manager (Defence/Tech): Leading the execution of complex product development programs such as the hirify.global Digital Sensor Core with an accent on aligning cross-functional teams, hardware-software integration, and strategic roadmap delivery. Focus on managing large-scale dependencies, mitigating financial and operational risks, and optimizing agile and waterfall methodologies.

Location: Must be based in Göteborg, Sweden

What you will do

• Direct program execution in alignment with strategic roadmaps and delivery commitments.
• Manage financial performance, risk identification, and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Product Managers, Architects, and technical teams.
• Implement and improve project management processes combining waterfall and agile practices.
• Coordinate activities across large teams of contributors to accelerate customer-driven deliveries.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Engineering Science
• Fluency in both English and Swedish
• Extensive experience in managing complex technical projects or programs
• Demonstrated experience in hardware and software development environments
• Proven ability to navigate stakeholder interfaces in large organizations
• Must pass a security vetting process which may include citizenship requirements
