Salary: $125,000 - $140,000

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Veteran Experience Services (VES) software products and integrations.
• Establish interfaces for transmitting disability and special authority updates between enterprise VA systems.
• Develop new functionality for Veteran eligibility determinations and healthcare workflows.
• Perform software analysis, coding, testing, and production support for mission-critical applications.
• Support bi-directional integrations between VES, VistA, EHRM, and other enterprise VA platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure compliance with VA security and accessibility requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with legacy VA technologies: MUMPS / VistA.
• Proficiency in Java 17+, JSP, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring WebFlux.
• Experience with Oracle Database, Oracle WebLogic Application Server, Redis, and Kafka.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Authorization to work in the US is required.
