What you will do

• Lead and mentor two Gen AI teams focused on conversational agents.
• Manage team roadmaps and oversee software project execution.
• Develop and implement innovative AI-driven solutions to advance platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business operations to align project outcomes.
• Design and deploy conversational agents from concept to production.
• Research advanced AI technologies and integrate them with external APIs.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or related degree.
• 3+ years of experience in leading engineering teams.
• 6+ years of experience in building customer-facing full-stack applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python.
• Deep understanding of LLM core concepts, prompting, and reasoning strategies.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Node.js and Nest.js.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in designing agentic workflows.
• Experience with Langchain or Langraph.
