What you will do
- Manage and mentor a team of 10–15 Membership Services Representatives.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to ensure team success.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with internal teams to implement development plans.
- Monitor quality and efficiency through regular shadowing and review of escalated member issues.
- Leverage AI-driven tools to improve team workflows and data-informed decision-making.
- Foster a positive, inclusive team culture while managing HR-related responsibilities.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to live and work in Ireland.
- Must be available to work onsite at the Limerick office in a hybrid capacity.
- Flexibility to work shifts across a Monday–Sunday daytime schedule (7:00 am – 10:00 pm).
- Previous experience as a Team Lead or Manager in a contact center environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proven track record in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and coaching others.
