What you will do

• Monitor competitive and technological trends to maintain industry awareness.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases by collaborating with internal business units to design transformative solutions.
• Facilitate idea generation sessions and design scalable innovative concepts.
• Collaborate with technical teams on requirements gathering, prototyping, and tracking KPIs from conception to deployment.
• Organize innovation events, such as hackathons and workshops, and develop technology demonstrators.
• Deliver training sessions and educational content on AI and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications.
• Familiarity with Agile and iterative development methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of blockchain and emerging financial technologies.
• English proficiency is required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French or other hirify.global market languages.
• Previous internship or academic project experience in innovation, project management, or technology.
