What you will do

• Drive data and analytics by developing dashboards and insights for product decisions via collaboration with Data Science.
• Manage feedback loops and discovery, including early access programmes and partner tests.
• Orchestrate product releases and enterprise launches across PM, marketing, engineering, and legal teams.
• Shape product rituals, including planning, review, and OKR routines, and introduce documentation tooling.
• Maintain the product catalogue and coordinate with technical writers.
• Standardise release cycles in collaboration with Engineering and Science teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or strategy/operations in deep-tech or AI environments.
• Proficiency in turning usage data and feedback into actionable insights.
• Strong experience in aligning product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
• Process-oriented mindset with a skill for building repeatable workflows.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML products, pricing, and packaging strategies.
• Background in consulting or finance.
• French language proficiency.
