What you will do

• Lead the QA strategy and execution for digital products and platforms to ensure reliability and quality.
• Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Design and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications.
• Coordinate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and quality objectives.
• Identify and track defects while driving root cause analysis and resolution.
• Recommend process improvements and new tools with a strong emphasis on AI adoption.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role.
• Strong technical skills in software testing methodologies and test automation tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Deep understanding of web and microservices application architectures.
• Technical background in software engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience in applying AI agentic tools in a testing context.
• ISTQB certification.
