What you will do

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in alignment with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Lead a local team of five and coordinate with the Global Quality organization.
• Manage non-conformities, root cause analysis, and CAPA processes.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audit activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Lead customer complaint investigations and ensure effective follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in a quality role within manufacturing or regulated industrial environments.
• Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of quality methodologies including FMEA, SPC, PPAP, and Ishikawa.
• Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
• Familiarity with ATEX certification.
