What you will do

• Define and communicate a clear, cohesive creative vision for the game.
• Unify concepts across design, art, narrative, and technical disciplines.
• Pitch the game vision to editorial teams and upper management.
• Validate the consistency and quality of the game against branding and strategy.
• Collaborate with producers to align production priorities, scope, and timelines.
• Travel locally and internationally to meet partners and visit co-development studios.

Requirements

• Strong creative leadership experience with a track record of sustaining long-term vision.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across programming, art, design, and marketing disciplines.
• Knowledge of game engines like Unity or Unreal and their technical limitations.
• Proficiency in design and presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of the gaming market and a deep passion for video games.
