What you will do

• Lead and manage the frontend team, balancing workloads and supporting engineers in solving complex technical challenges.
• Design architectural solutions and contribute to the development of core application components.
• Work with brokerage integrations and external APIs to implement complex business workflows.
• Conduct code reviews and establish engineering quality standards.
• Support team growth through 1:1 meetings, mentoring, and professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead technical discussions with international stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial frontend development experience on applications with complex business logic.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Proven experience managing a software development team of at least 3 engineers.
• Solid understanding of browser internals, asynchronous programming, and web performance optimization.
• Experience writing and maintaining unit, integration, and E2E tests.
• Strong communication skills in English are required for stakeholder collaboration.
