What you will do

• Create technical solution designs for the Salesforce platform.
• Develop Salesforce functionalities using both declarative and programmatic approaches.
• Build integrations following industry best practice patterns.
• Provide work estimations and perform peer reviews of team members' code.
• Collaborate within a scrum team to implement CRM systems and e-commerce platforms.
• Bridge the gap between developers and clients by communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Developer.
• Proficiency in Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and release management using CI/CD tooling.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Platform Developer 1 and relevant Cloud certifications.
• English: C1 (excellent command) required
• Location: Must be based in Poland
