What you will do

• Create technical solution designs within the Salesforce ecosystem to meet business requirements.
• Develop Salesforce functionalities using both declarative tools and programmatic development.
• Provide work estimations and conduct peer reviews of team members' work.
• Collaborate with a scrum team to implement CRM systems and e-commerce platforms.
• Act as a bridge between technical developers and non-technical clients, communicating complex concepts clearly.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Developer.
• Proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong consulting skills and the ability to present optimal solutions to clients.
• Must be based in Poland.
• English: C1 proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Agentforce for Service.
• Proficiency in developing Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud certifications.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or a technology-related field.
