Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead Security and IT Operations teams, reporting directly to the CTO, and managing seven direct reports.
• Develop and execute a 6-12 month roadmap for Corporate Security, Product Security, and GRC.
• Own the GRC program (SOC 2) and partner with Engineering to embed security into the development lifecycle.
• Manage the IAM program, including provisioning, group design, MFA, and access reviews.
• Oversee MDM, patch compliance, and hardware lifecycles across macOS and Windows.
• Lead incident response, defining runbooks, escalation paths, and post-incident reviews.

Requirements

• 6+ years in security engineering or operations, including hands-on IT operations responsibility.
• 3+ years of experience managing people.
• Proven track record with SOC 2 compliance and hands-on incident management.
• Proficiency with modern IdP, MDM for macOS/Windows, and cloud IAM.
• Working knowledge of Linux, PowerShell, Bash, and Python, with the ability to use AI coding tools for automation.
• Must be able to pass a federal, state, and county background check and complete a local in-person verification.
