What you will do

• Act as a technical expert for performance advertising products, specifically app-install and conversion-driven campaigns.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams to define and improve bidding, ranking, and delivery systems.
• Provide subject matter expertise on mobile attribution, SKAdNetwork, and privacy frameworks.
• Analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for improving ROI, ROAS, and user quality.
• Translate complex market requirements into scalable product and technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to troubleshoot campaign challenges and provide strategic guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AdTech, performance advertising, or mobile advertising domains.
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, DSPs, RTB, and campaign optimization.
• Experience with machine learning-driven systems such as CTR/CVR prediction, ranking, and auction mechanisms.
• Deep knowledge of mobile measurement ecosystems, including MMPs and privacy frameworks.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
