Compensation: €17.00 - €22.00 / hour

What you will do

• Manage onsite and online coordination for monthly sessions, including greeting and check-ins.
• Handle pre-event preparation, such as ordering catering and room setup.
• Represent company values and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Provide live support for experts by taking notes and collecting participant feedback.
• Assist the Customer Success team with post-event follow-ups and question tracking.
• Maintain the Academy Events website, campaign calendar, and internal SharePoint.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program (Business, Communications, or Law preferred).
• Genuine interest in regulatory compliance and the role of software in this space.
• Strong organizational skills and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Availability to be onsite in Munich at least once a week.
