What you will do

• Set up new projects in internal systems to establish the foundation for creative delivery.
• Maintain project and forecasting platforms (e.g., Sugar) to visualize project success.
• Onboard new clients, suppliers, and freelancers into company systems.
• Transform raw data into meaningful reports to analyze project performance.
• Manage freelancer onboarding and ensure their work is accurately tracked.
• Coordinate operational tasks, including the creation of purchase orders and sharing of project data.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field.
• Strong affinity for numbers, high precision, and a fundamental understanding of business principles.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
