Location: Hybrid (Hamburg, Germany). Must be based within commuting distance to the Hamburg office and work on-site at least two days per week.

What you will do

• Analyze, design, and implement optimized frontend and backend code for OR Integration Solutions.
• Advance and maintain build processes and shipment of deliverables via reliable development cycles.
• Develop simple, future-proof solutions for complex technical challenges.
• Establish and apply coding guidelines and best practices to ensure codebase maintainability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for features, APIs, and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate within a distributed, international agile team.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem, specifically Blazor and Entity Framework.
• Proficiency with MS SQL Server and frontend development using Blazor, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerized applications and cloud deployments.
• English: C1 level required.
• German: Minimum B1 level required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of healthcare communication standards such as HL7, DICOM, and FHIR.
• Experience in hardware device integration using SSH and REST.
• Proficiency with WPF.
