Staff Full Stack Engineer (TypeScript)

Salary: €105,000 – €120,000 base + 15% bonus + equity (ESOPs)

What you will do

• Own technically complex initiatives from design through deployment with high autonomy.
• Build full-stack capabilities for a multi-service platform focusing on reliability, maintainability, and security.
• Diagnose and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and platform stakeholders to shape the technical direction.
• Set and enforce engineering standards through code reviews, testing practices, and documentation.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience building production full-stack applications in the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.
• Deep hands-on expertise with React and Node.js in production-grade environments.
• Experience designing and running microservices on cloud-native infrastructure, specifically AWS.
• Must be based in Germany.
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments, being comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced movement.
• Strong grasp of scalable system design, distributed architecture, REST API design, and CI/CD.
