What you will do

• Coordinate and administer international licensing partnerships.
• Maintain and update partner records, agreements, and communication logs.
• Assist with daily partner communication via email, phone, and meetings.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and materials for licensing activities.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all licensing data.
• Support the team during industry events, trade shows, and partner visits.

Requirements

• Fluent English and native-level German required.
• Initial experience in administration, coordination, or account support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable, and service-oriented mindset.
• Interest in agriculture or experience in an agriculture-related environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with international partners.

Nice to have

• Interest in video games.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
